Laura
I'm a physical therapist with over 15 years of experience. After graduating with a doctorate of physical therapy degree (DPT) from Boston University in 2005, I moved back home to California and worked in a variety of outpatient settings focused on orthopedics and sports medicine. After experiencing my own journey through pregnancy and the birth of my two amazing boys, I quickly realized the shortcomings of prenatal and postpartum rehabilitation in our healthcare system. This was the catalyst for me to pursue advanced training in the field of women's health physical therapy beginning 8 years ago. I have a passion for prenatal and postpartum care in order to help women feel their best during pregnancy and improve their birth healing. When I'm not connecting with my patients, I'm running around with my 11 and 8 year old sons, planning our next big travel adventure and enjoying any available quiet time with my husband.
